Quotes and work

A quote is an estimate until a site visit and a survey report are complete. Work is done under a written agreement.

Licensing notes

Washington allows only certified asbestos abatement contractors to bid on and perform abatement work. Homeowner allowances apply only to owner-occupied single-family homes. See the homeowner rules.

Spokane County notes

Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency notices, fees and waiting periods apply to many projects. Cities and the county may require separate permits.
