Who we are
Licensed and insured, many years in business serving the greater Spokane area.
We work in homes, rentals and small commercial buildings across Spokane County. Our focus is one job done well: finding, containing and removing asbestos-containing material, then proving where it went.
Most of our calls start with a worried homeowner who found something odd in a ceiling, a basement or an attic. We start by listening, then explain the survey, notice and cleanup steps in plain words.
Our Mission
Make asbestos removal safe, legal and easy to understand for Spokane families and builders.
We want you to know what is in your building, what it will take to remove it and what each step costs in time and money. No scare tactics, no vague scopes. If something does not need to come out right now, we say so.
Our Vision
A Spokane County where older homes can be fixed up, sold or torn down without anyone breathing asbestos dust.
Spokane County median homes date to 1978, and about 14 in 100 were built before 1940 (Point2*). That is a lot of buildings with materials from an earlier era. We want each of those projects handled correctly the first time.
How we work
Test before touching
We ask for a survey result before any removal, because the clean air agency requires one before renovation or demolition (SRCAA).
Written scope
You see what comes out, what stays and what gets sealed before work starts.
Paper trail
Notices, waste shipment records and clearance results are kept so you have proof for a buyer or inspector.
About us: quick answers
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, with many years in business serving the greater Spokane area.
Do you only work in the city of Spokane?
No. We serve Spokane Valley, Cheney, Airway Heights, Medical Lake, Deer Park, Liberty Lake and the areas between. See the locations page.
Who does the asbestos testing?
Surveys must be done by an accredited AHERA building inspector (SRCAA). We work from that report. Read the survey guide.
Can you handle the permit paperwork?
We prepare the notice and track the waiting period for projects that need one. The notification guide explains how.
What if the material is not asbestos?
Then the removal rules do not apply, and you can proceed as a normal remodel. That is why testing comes first.
How do I get a quote?
Use the contact form or call (509) 461-5474. Tell us the city, the material and roughly how much there is.
